If you are like me, my first experience in a competition I was concerned with too many things.
How to I make weight?
What do I eat to be my best?
How do I stay calm?
How do I heal or treat my shoulder, knee , neck?
What skills should I work on?
How do I increase my stamina?
How do I get stronger and more flexible?
All these questions were burning me out. I needed to focus on my skills and my energy and my opponents.
Even though I am a certified PHYSED teacher and personal trainer ; its hard to train yourself.
I decided to reach out to a coach. They answered my questions and it gave my space to focus on what was a priority. This gave me confidence and I succeeded and won my tournaments.
I then went on to help other combat athletes go onto be champions in their own sports with guidance.
Let me do the diet, strength training and breathing techniques so you can focus on your competition.
